All stipend forms must be fully completed and submitted to the FYSPRT Convener at fysprt@gcbh.org by the 15th of the month to be eligible for reimbursement. Incomplete or late submissions may not be eligible for reimbursement. Stipend payments are subject to the availability of funding.
